Welcome to VLSID 2010,

• Exhibit Stalls will be made available to the exhibitors on Jan 4, 2010, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM and from 7 AM on Jan 5, 2010 to prepare for the exhibition. Please note there is  a conference tutorial running on Jan 4 at the venue, therefore, we request you to keep any work, that may potentially cause disturbance/noise to the ongoing sessions, outside the tutorial hours of 9 AM to 5 PM.
• Exhibition will be formally inaugurated on Jan 5, at 11 AM
• Please note the Exhibit hours during the conference
1. Jan 5 :  11 AM to 6:30 PM
2. Jan 6 :  9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
3. Jan 7 :  9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• There will be security for the overall conference premises. We will not provide security personnel for individual stalls. As per the Nimhans Convention Centre guidelines, security guards are not permitted to stay inside the centre in the night. We suggest, any portable equipments like laptop to be taken out everyday, at the end of the exhibition.
• We will provide the Exhibit passes(5 per booth) at the venue. To enable you to access the venue in preparation for the event, we have provided the list of companies to the Nimhans Convention Center(NCC) security. Please ensure your representatives carry the company identification while entering the NCC premises on Jan 4, 2010 and the morning of Jan 5, 2010.
