Abhi Talwalkar was appointed LSI president and
chief executive officer in May 2005 and was
elected to the company's board of directors at
the same time. Talwalkar joined LSI from Intel
Corporation, where he served as vice president
and co-general manager of the Digital
Enterprise Group, which is comprised of
Intel's business client, server, storage, and
communications businesses. Previously, he
served as vice president and general manager
for the Intel Enterprise Platform Group.

management. Bill joined Mentor in 2000 and has
held senior roles in Mentor Consulting and
IP. In addition to Mentor, Bill previously

University of Texas at Dallas, and a BS in

mathematics from the State University of New
York at Binghamton, and a Ph.D. in electrical

Department. From Bell Labs, he moved to
Cadence Design Systems where he served as Vice
President of Engineering. In this role, he led

Vivek K. De is an Intel Fellow and Director of
Circuit Technology Research in the Corporate
Technology Group. He joined Intel in 1996 as a
staff engineer in the Circuits Research Lab (CRL)
in Hillsboro, Oregon. Since that time he has
led research teams in CRL focused on
developing advanced circuits and design
techniques for low-power and high-performance
processors. In his current role, he provides
strategic direction for future circuit
technologies and is responsible for aligning
CRL's circuit research with technology scaling
challenges.
