The Steering Committee will award a limited number of fellowships to participating students and faculty members from India, based on their need and merit. The purpose of this fellowship is to assist eligible candidates so that they can attend the Conference. The funding is provided by the VLSI Society of India (VSI), and other government and industry donors, with an objective of promoting VLSI research, education, and training. Fellowship will partially cover conference, tutorial, and industry forum registration fees, travel by second class sleeper and/or luxury bus, lodging, and boarding expenses. Applicants with partial support from their organizations will be preferred. Please indicate such support. All decisions on fellowship awards will be taken by the Fellowship Chair, and the Steering Committee.
